1. Delivery Areas
- Our delivery services are available within select regions in Mumbai.
- Please enter your zip code at checkout to confirm if we deliver to your location.
2. Delivery Times
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be delivered the same day before 9:00 PM.
- Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM or Same-day based on the availability.
- Delivery Hours may vary based on your location and product availability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Delivery: A nominal delivery fee will be charged based on your order total and delivery location. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout.
- Free Delivery: Free delivery is available on orders over 299 INR. The minimum order amount for free delivery will be shown at checkout.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within an hour of being placed to ensure the freshest produce.
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been successfully placed.
5. Packaging
- We take special care to pack your fruits and vegetables securely to maintain their freshness during transit.
- Eco-friendly packaging materials are used whenever possible.
6. Delivery Instructions
- Please provide specific delivery instructions at checkout if you have any preferences or restrictions (e.g., leave at the doorstep).
- If you are not home during delivery, our delivery personnel will contact you to arrange an alternate drop-off time or location.

- Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status in real-time.
8. Missed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery team will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated attempts.

- If there is any issue with your delivery, such as missing items or incorrect products, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
