Returns

  3. 1.2 Items must be in the original packaging and unused.

  4. 1.3 Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

  8. 2.1 Perishable goods such as fruits and vegetables that have been consumed or partially consumed.

  9. 2.2 Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

  3. 1.1 Refunds are provided for items returned within 24 hours of delivery.

  4. 1.2 Refunds are issued if the product is found to be damaged, spoiled, or not as described.

  8. 2.2 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  9. 2.3 The refund may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Exchanges

Cancellation Policy
